A Glimpse Into a Busy Week Across Bournemouth for Williams Locksmiths

It’s been one of those weeks where the van barely cools down between jobs — a steady mix of lost keys, faulty locks, and the usual winter door troubles that keep things interesting across Bournemouth.
Early in the week I was in Hill View, helping a customer who’d misplaced their keys. A straightforward gain‑entry job followed by a fresh cylinder, but always a relief for the customer when they’re back inside without damage to the door.
Charminster kept me busy too. One callout involved another set of lost keys, so I gained access and fitted a new thumb‑turn cylinder to give the customer a bit more convenience going forward. Later in the week I was back there again for a faulty, odd‑sized lock that most suppliers don’t keep on the shelf. After a bit of running around, I managed to source the right part and get it fitted the same day — one of those jobs where persistence pays off.

Mid‑week took me into Richmond Hill in the town centre for yet another lost‑keys situation. A clean entry and a new lock fitted, keeping everything secure and the customer’s day moving again.

And rounding things off, I was in Kinson for a lock change paired with a full door service. A few adjustments made all the difference, leaving the door operating smoothly and securely.
Just a handful of jobs from a busy week, but each one a reminder of why I enjoy this work — real people, real problems, and the satisfaction of leaving things safer and working properly.
If you’re in Bournemouth and need help with locks, doors, or gaining entry, I’m always around and happy to assist.
